Pink Salt Cuisine - Joyce Malicse

With over 15 years of experience producing events for some of the country’s biggest corporations, Joyce Malicse is the backbone behind Pink Salt’s operations team. Although her career began in public relations, she later found the perfect blend of creativity and strategy in event production and catering.

An avid hockey player and former long distance runner, Joyce discovered plant-based cuisine after struggling for years with high cholesterol. Refusing to be dependent on medications, Joyce began eating a plant-based diet and fully believes in the health benefits it provides.

Fueled by a mix of soy lattes and donuts, Joyce spends her free time researching new recipes, cheering on the LA Kings hockey club, and playing with her adorable maltese mix, Joyce Jr.
